| Value Home Auctions will pay a one percent (1%) commission, based on the winning bid amount, to Agents/Brokers that meet the following requirements:

Ensure your client is registered and qualified to bid. In order for a Agent/Broker to be compensated, his/her client must be registered for the auction and qualified to bid.

Register as a Broker/Agent and identify your client. Each Agent must register as a Agent/Broker on-line and identify his/her client on the registration form prior to his/her client placing a bid during the auction.

Your client(s) successfully purchase a Property and close the transaction. |

Provide a copy of your valid real estate license to escrow and execute the Purchase Contract as agent. Commissions will be paid upon closing. |

| After you have registered on the website you must then complete the Broker's Registration Form for the event in which you will be representing your client. You must be logged into your account to access this form. Once logged in you, click on the red "Brokers Click Here" button which is located on the "Register for Event page". This page can be found by clicking on the "Register" button on the home page or the "Register for Event" tab in My Control Panel. |
| No commission will be paid to a registered Agent or Broker acting as a principal in the purchase of any Property. If you have not registered as a Broker/Agent and identified your client prior to your client bidding during the auction, you will not be entitled to any commission on the purchase of any auction property. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE RULES. |
