Brokers Home Auction
Last year, over $280 billion of real estate property was sold at foreclosure auctions alone. The reason for a sudden increase in foreclosure auction popularity is most likely because the sale is predictable, there are no contingencies on financing, inspection or approvals, there are no commissions and property is always sold "AS IS".

At auction sellers have full control of the price, and they have the right to accept or reject the offer if it is below the set reserve. Most sellers use the auction method to sell real estate because it gives them the freedom to move on with their personal and business life with no need to wait months for an offer to be presented. Selling at auction is the fastest way to get cash and put it to work.

Value Home Auctions, Inc. greatly values broker participation and would appreciate your involvement in our online home auctions. We believe that real estate brokers and agents are essential in assisting potential buyers to better understand the foreclosure marketplace. With your knowledge and support buyers can bid with confidence, knowing that they have a trusted professional working on their team.

Value Home Auctions, Inc. will pay a one percent (1%) commission, based on the winning bid amount, to Agents/Brokers that meet the following requirements:
Ensure that your client is registered and qualified to bid. In order for an Agent/Broker to be compensated, his/her client must be registered for the home auction and qualified to bid online.
Register as a Broker/Agent and identify your client. Each agent must register online and identify the client they represent on the registration form prior to bidding during the online home auction.
Provide a copy of your valid real estate license to escrow and execute the purchase contract as an agent. All commissions will be paid upon closing. After you have registered on the website, you must then complete the "Broker's Registration Form" for the event in which you are representing your client.

You must be logged into your account to access the "Broker's Registration Form". Once logged in click the red "Brokers Click Here" button, located on the "Register for Event" page. This page can be found by clicking the "Register" button on the home page or the "Register for Event" tab in "My Control Panel".

No commission will be paid to a registered Agent or Broker acting as a principal in the purchase of any Property. If you have not registered as a Broker/Agent and identified your client prior to your client bidding during the auction, you will not be entitled to any commission on the purchase of any auction property.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE RULES.
